The moderators of this forum will try hard to edit or remove reprehensible messages as soon as possible. However, it is impossible for them to review all the messages. Listed below are a set of rules that must be followed by any and all people registering for this website. Failure to comply will result in one of the following things in order:
Warning, Infraction, Suspension, Account Ban, and Permanent Ban. The site owner and staff reserve the right to skip any punishment in the order and go straight to another depending on their availability. I.e. Skip the warning phase and go straight to Infraction. You will only be allowed up to two warnings before an infraction is given for any act. Five Infractions will result in a suspension, and every infraction afterwards will result in suspension (time of suspensions will be debated and decided by the staff). Failure to improve will positively result in an account ban. Repeated disobeying of the rules will result in an I.P. Ban from both the site and any games that this site offers.
-Any message that can be seen as aggressive, slanderous, harassing, illegal, or unwanted advertising must not be posted, private messaged, and/or Emailed to other users as decided by site owner and staff on the forum, chatbox, or any games offered by the Freestyle Crew. Any proof sent to the site owner and/or staff will be considered.
-You may not bump/post in topics that are over a month old.

-You will obey the TOS, even when using the shoutbox. Any problem users will be held accountable for their actions.
-Your signature may not be too large. Please visit this thread to check the legal limits.
-You may not mention names to illegal or unwanted sites either in the forum or any games offered by the Freestyle Crew, as decided by the site owner and staff.
-You may not insult or harass any of the site’s members using any form of communication, such as Personal Messages, MSN, or AIM. Keep in mind, that those are only a few examples. Any examples of this can be print screened and posted on the forum.
-To post a topic and picture of someone harassing you in a chat service, you must first tell them that the conversation is unwanted, and that you will print screen your conversation. Without a screen shot of this being typed, you have no grounds to report them.
-You will not post topics or argue ingame or on the chatbox as to why a staff member was chosen. This is considered a talking behind their backs and is very disrespectful. This does not apply to staff power abuse.
-You may not provide links to other sites in any way masked. You will also give credit and a small explanation of what is on the site that has been linked to an extent that the other user may decide whether or not he/she wants to visit it.
-You may not provide links or pictures to, but not limited to, ****ography sites, Illegal sites, Hacker sites, or any other site that is considered unwanted by the site owner or staff.
-You may not provide pictures that, in any way, relate to ****(such as pictures of people in their underwear, excessively revealing clothes, etc. etc.) as decided by the site owner and staff.
-You may not use any language that is considered offensive to others, whether it be cursing, racism, sexism, or use of any terms that are considered offensive by the site owner and staff.
-You will show respect for other users, whether it be respecting them as a person, their sexuality, their nationality, or anything about them. You will be punished if a staff member or the site owner deems that you have violated this agreement.
-Falsely reporting an innocent user or staff member will result in an account ban.
-You will show respect all of the staff members, even if you don’t like them, yourself.
-You will keep your ego to the game. Bringing your ego on the forums is looked down upon, and depending on the moderator, may be deleted.
-You will not post topics complaining about getting infractions.
-All rules here apply to the forum, the forum’s chatbox, and any games that Freestyle Crew offers.
-You will not provide false pictures/links in your signature. One of the main examples being putting a picture that says "Ban User". Anyone caught doing this WILL receive an infraction.
Additional notes:
-Please note that this is an English based site. We would like you to not only use English, but also use it correctly, as it is hard for others to understand what you are saying if you cannot convey your message in a clear, and concise manner.
-Please report misconduct within the site to any available staff member. We will not tolerate any corruption within the staff and will investigate your evidence as soon as we are able.
-If any staff breaks these rules on a repeated basis, the site owner holds the right to strip any staff member of any staff powers and/or privileges or even ban the individual.
-Only the Head Forum Moderator and Admins are allowed to edit the Terms of Service. Anyone else attempting to do so will either have their powers stripped or suffer an immense punishment.
-Just because you are allowed to ego, that does not mean that you are allowed to harass people or troll people. Example: You are allowed to say: “You are easy.” Not allowed to say: “You are easy”, and then cuss you out. Keep in mind that these are only examples, but anything along these lines is reportable and will be taken into consideration.
-You will not make alternate accounts to try and avoid suspension or banning. If you do so, your suspension/ban will be lengthened.
-Internet is neither an anonymous space, nor a space of no-right! We reserve ourselves the possibility of informing your access provider and/or the legal authorities of any malevolent behavior. An IP address of each poster is recorded in order to help us to make you respect these conditions.
